Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SAKSHMI. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our henna design services and product purchases.

1. Henna Design Services

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. - If our artist fails to arrive for the appointment, you will receive a full refund.

2. Product Orders

- Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. - Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. - Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. - Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized henna designs.
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Services already completed by our henna artists.

4. Refund Process

- All refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method used. - It may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. - SAKSHMI is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
